The same spicy taste of the chutney They have maintained the taste for which they have been famous for years. And I have been visiting the flagship shop at rambagh Indore for years just for that kachori and chutney As the name suggests, there is a ‘Lal Balti’ hanging outside the shop that attracts people. A very simple place nothing such as ambiance, only a small seating area with no tables. Just grab a kachori at Lal balti and spice things up.LAL BALTI MEANS RED BUCKET BULB

2) BAM KI KACHORI_

                                                                "Bam" badri guru ki kachori Badri Lal Ji, owner of the establishment who is called bam guru has been selling kachoris since 1964. He started out selling kachoris on his bicycle back in the day. The shop is also called Bam Kachori because according to him, “While cycling near Bal Vinay Mandir‘Bol Bam’ to attract the attention of students.” Coming to the taste of the kachori, it is as desi as it gets. Badri Lal Ji still uses coal and not a gas stove to prepare his kachoris and give them that rusty, melt in your mouth taste

The shop has not one but two amazing specialties for you to try. Located at Jail Road, Anantanand Alpahar Gruh is famous for its unusual take on poha as well as kachori. One word for their kachoris - AAG, which is also the abbreviation for the shop. Their dishes have stood the test of time as the place has been around for the past 60 years and people keep coming back for more.

4) RAVI ALPAHAR_


one of the most famous kachori shops in Anand Bazar or the best aloo kachori in town.. It is at one of the primest location in Indore.Their specialty is ‘Aloo Ki Kachori’ with green chutney or pyaz chutney. It also serves ‘Fariyali Kachori’ for the people who are Fasting, it is famous for its Aloo ki Kachori with pyaj ki chatni ,they also prepare Sabudane ki khichdi , fariyali kachori and petis . All are tasty.

Ranakpur is a town in a Rajasthan and one of the 5 most famous pilgrimage of Jainism .Apart from this it is the most attractive tourist place in India and one of my favourite too And its situated around approx 90 km north of Udaipur .This beautiful, serene place is renowned for amazingly Jain temples constructed in amber stone around the year 1439 AD. Ranakpur is named after Rana Kumbha, the ruler of Mewar who offered his land for the construction of a temple. Inspired by a dream a Jain businessman Dharna Shah, started its construction under the patronage of Rana Kumbha. The construction continued until 1458 AD in 15th century.Best time to visit in winter months.The entire temple is constructed in a unique manner having got a plot of 48000 sq feet .The temple took over 50years to build completely.And it was invaded by mughals. There are 29 halls within the temple despite its 80 domes filled with natural light throughout the day either its open or not open.The guider say there are 1449 pillars inside the temple which is impossible to count because each one of them is different from others none are similar and you cannot take your eyes off from them .Even that the 108 kg temple bells is there could not shatter the feeling.

1) Lalbagh Palace_
                                  Resided by the rulers of the Holkar dynasty Although Indore has its own share of grandeur, this is one spot that you should mark on the top of your travel itinerary. The palace that once was a witness to the grandeur of the Holkar dynasty, it is situated on the banks of River Khan, 3.2 km. away from the main city. The construction had begun during the time of Tukoji Rao Holkar in 1886, and completed 35 years later

2) Rajwada_ 
                       Rajwada is significant historical place which was constructed by  HOLKARS who belongs to the Maratha dynasty and  located near chattris  It is also the well maintained garden that houses a statue of QUEEN AHIILYA BAI along with an artificial waterfall and some beautiful fountains.Even after all these years the place continues to be one of the most famous tourist places and one of the oldest structures too... An extension of Holi called Rang Panchmi is a very famous festival in Indore and few tens of thousands of people gather in front of Rajwada and surrounding areas to get colored by the famous color cannon.

3)Chattris_
                      The cremation places of the Holkars are known as the Chhatris. These are beautifully built and have intricately carved structures. There are some temples and other structures built around them as well.

                                 Exhibiting artefacts dating as far back to the prehistoric era, as well as recent findings from the modern era, the Central Museum of Indore is a history buff's paradise. NANDI Hills is also called Nandi betta include Nandidurg it is an ancient hill fortress in southern India, in the district of Karnataka state. Its 10 km from town and  The hills are nestled near the town of Nandi...Due to less development yah par Jayda crowd nahin hota hai, Nandi Hills because the hills resemble a sleeping bull (Nandi). Yeh ruler TIPU SULTAN ki vacation place thi or this is also called Nandi fort iska renovation karwaya..and its storming by the army of Cornwallis was one of the most incidents of the first world war against TIPU SULTAN of Mysore.The Chola rulers of the 11th century constructed the roof of the temple. The marriage hall was built by the Hoysalas in the thirteenth century and a wall of the second complex was built by the Vijayanagar kings. Beautiful stone carvings are a popular tourist site and are a source of inspiration for students of art and architecture. IT IS HILL STATION OF KARNATAKA.In the rainy season it is extremely wet on the hill. A summer visit will make you spell bound. It's best if you are on top of the hill before sunrise. The wind, fog and clouds that blow towards you in the morning is just amazing.

AMER FORT is the best tourist attraction of Jaipur. Its high on a hilltop, majestically over the village of Amber on the outskirts of Jaipur, this 16th-century fort palace is worth visiting for its grand architecture that blends Muslim Mughal and Indian Hindu (Rajput) elements. elegant royal halls, and fabulous views of landscape.
Amer Fort. Inside the palace are beautiful styled state rooms with semi-precious jewel inlaid decoration the finest example is the Sheesh Mahal the mirror palace. The Amer Fort is a top rate tourist attraction of Jaipur and must be visited by all tourists to the region.and situated next to the Maota lake. Highlights include the chamber of a thousands mirrors is possibly the most beautiful of all of the inner rooms

 In 16th century, a fort was built by a trusted general of Akbar, Maan Singh. Later, Maan started to rule the area surrounding the fort which was called as the Amer state. The fort is now called as the AMER FORT and the city is called as Jaipur. Amer fort or Amber fort is located a little away from the main CITY OF JAIPUR. It is an important tourist destination in this city.

The fort is located 11 km from the city of Jaipur.

  • Watching the illuminated fort from the bottom of the hill in the evening

Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It belong the royal family , in 1727, founded what is now called “Pink City” for its trademark building color. With gardens, courtyards and museums, part of it is still a royal residence


HISTORY OF JAIPUR....

Jaipur was founded in 1727 by JAI SINGH 2ND THE KING OF AMER who ruled from 1699 to 1743. He planned to shift his capital from AMER, 11 kilometers from Jaipur to accommodate the growing population and increasing scarcity of water. Jai Singh consulted several books on architecture and architects while planning the layout of Jaipur. Jaipur was planned based on the principles of VAASTU AND SHILPA SAASHTRA. The construction of the city began in 1726 and took four years to complete established in the year 1727, the city is named after Maharaja Jai Singh II who was the primary organizer of this city.

During the rule of Sawai Ram Singh I, the city was painted pink to welcome the Prince of Wales, in 1876.Many of the avenues remained painted in pink, giving Jaipur a distinctive appearance and the Pink city.
